AppsHub supported multiple organizations with enterprise architecture and capital planning initiatives. Some of the tasks included business case reviews, As-Is architecture, To-Be architecture, gap analysis, and transition planning. We also provide support in the areas of performance measures and earned value management (EVM). Provided support to develop and review investment plans using Exhibit 300 and Exhibit 53.

Supported the office of CIO to develop enterprise data architecture for an organization that provides healthcare and benefits to Veterans. AppsHub developed metadata registry, meta-data guidelines, conceptual information model, and logical model for the department architecture. Developed data models including benefits and health related data and standards by coordinating with multiple business offices.

AppsHub provided support for Independent validation and verification testing (IV&V) for a Department of Homeland Security project. We worked with the business team and the development team to develop test plans and procedures with real life use cases.
